My name is Travis and I’ve been scrolling since 2007. I love crafting and designing for this amazing medium. I’m especially drawn to portraits and simple toys for the little ones, but enjoy challenging my skills with unique projects. I love discovering new techniques and foster a new group of emerging scroll saw artists.
In 2007, I created Scroll Saw Goodies as a way to highlight scroll saw resources on the internet. The site eventually grew and became a great resource for the scrolling community.
In 2009, I created Scroll Saw Village, an online community of scroll saw enthusiasts. Thousands of like-minded scrollers visit Scroll Saw Village’s forum each month to talk shop, ask questions, or to take advantage of our huge library of free scroll saw patterns. I also have a YouTube channel where I host a number of tutorials, including the extremely popular class on Designing Scroll Saw Portrait Patterns with GIMP and Making Scroll Saw Patterns with Inkscape.
I live in Vancouver, WA with my wife and son. I also enjoy computers, video games, art, geek culture, outdoor grilling and a finely crafted beer.
I hope you enjoy the website, videos and patterns. Be sure to drop by Scroll Saw Village and say hi.

About The Patterns
All the patterns sold by Scroll Saw Goodies are instant downloads. After your purchase has been made, you’ll be redirected back to Scroll Saw Goodies where you can download your purchases. An email will also be sent which also includes links to your pattern. The links are good for 7 days and for 7 downloads. If you lost a pattern you previously purchased, contact me and I’ll send you a copy via email.
Patterns are in PDF format and require Acrobat Reader (standard on most computers) to view and print from your home computer.
Because these patterns are delivered digitally as instant download PDFs, returning the item is not possible. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your pattern, please contact me immediately and I’ll see what I can do.
